  1. JHTC reserves the right to revoke enrollment of a participant if his/her behavior negatively impacts the quality of the program for other participants.  

  2. Once payment has been submitted, no refunds will be given.  

  3. As in any sport, there are inherent risks and injuries may occur.  I hereby release and discharge the Jr. Highlander Track Club, its Coaches, Board Members, officials, volunteers, commissions, sponsors or associations from any and all actions for losses, damages or personal injury to myself and my child that may occur or arise from my child's participation in Track & Field.  In the event of an emergency when I am not present or can't be reached, I permit JHTC to seek medical assistance for my child should it be necessary. 

  4. Photos of my child may be taken for publicity purposes and may be shared on the team's Facebook page and for team events.
